Hi there...there are many various possibilities as to why your kitty would be vomiting as well as have diarrhea. Not eating or drinking would constitute that there's something critical and requires urgent vet care. He could have ingested something that is toxic, such as household chemicals, human foods that are toxic, a toxic plant, have something obstructing the bowels or have organ damage and the vomiting and diarrhea is an end result.
Please contact your vet immediately and have your kitty taken in as he is most likely very dehydrated and will need to receive subcutaneous or IV fluids.

Definitely take him to the vet... or if your vet's office has a phone service, call first. Your cat is in danger of becoming seriously dehydrated with all the vomiting and diarrhea.

Everyone has given the correct advice. the cat could have a blockage of some sort causing the initial vomiting and GI upset. Dehydration is an extreme issue and must be addressed immediatly.

He might have Giardia, does he have bloody stools? Take him to the vet immediately, he is probably dehydrated. It could be from hairballs clogging up his system, but have a vet check it out.
