I would forget about it, personally. Adultery, stealing, all kinds of things are an 'abomination in the eyes of the Lord' but guess what...those people are all around you at work, you just don't know about it. The only difference in this situation is that you know about this woman. But sinners are all around you, and you are one too!
Not only that, but if you are really a Christian you should be opening up with friendship towards this woman and showing what a true Christian is like. Isn't that what Jesus would do? I am sure he would!

If your religious beliefs confilict with your career you need either:
1) Accept the fact that even though she is living in sin (in your eyes), she is still a good person and good at her job. Not to mention, her lifestyle shouldn't affect your job since being a lesbian shouldn't make her a better or worse manager.
2) If it is such a distraction, you need to find another job; which, will not probably help because you're bound to work with another homosexual individual.
All in all, I recommend you start working for the church or realize that there are people out there who might be living against the rules of the bible; although you might not accept it, unless it affects your work, you should learn to just deal with it.

Did you know that if you go outside your home when you're having your period, it's an abomination of Lev. 15:19? So don't stone your manager just yet...
How about handling her like any other manager? How about throwing out the mosaic law in leviticus like jesus told you to do...ALL of it? How about leaving the silly superstitions of the ancient hebrews behind you in the 21st century, and learning to respect all people?

No, because its not really your business that she is a lesbian, unless she is making advances on you. If she is you can file for sexual harrassment. But if she is being professional and doing her job and not effecting you or other employees in a way that keeps them from doing their job, then you really have no grounds to not want to be there just because she is a lesbian. Its her personal preference not yours. So do your work so you can leave early if it bothers you that much.

i think of you dealt with it properly. i think of maximum persons can delight in that there are human beings such as you obtainable which could know hate speech whilst they hear it. i'd have felt as uneasy approximately it as you probably did. She substitute into thoroughly out of line...fairly for her to be speaking that way interior ear shot of clientele. i in my view would take it a step added and write a letter to the administration. of course she's entitled to her very own ideals yet geez, in front of clientele?!! Did you get her call? Hate speech is a unfavorable tension and in basic terms pulls our united states of america faraway from recognizing equality in all human form. prepare HER A LESSON now and spare her from her very own stupidity contained sooner or later.

Why? Are you too good to work for a sinner? If so, you will never be employed. She is not doing anything illegal, so I suggest you just get over it and leave her private life out of your professional relationship. If she says anything that makes you uncomfortable, anything sexually suggestive, then tell her you don't appreciate that kind of talk and that it makes you uncomfortable.

Be aware of local stalking laws, and ask that lesbian to stay out of physical contact with you, in a stern voice if possible. The more you get timid, the more she is likely to take advantage of you. Try changing job if needed.

the same way that you handle any other manager,
professionally and with respect,
you are there to do a job, as is the manager, neither of you are there for any other reason.
now get of your pulpit and stop being so holier than thou

YES< do HER a FAVOR and quit. The last thing she needs is an ignorant, intolerant HOMOPHOBE trying to change her.
She's your BOSS, and her private life is PRIVATE and none of your business. treat her like you would treat any manager - with professionalism and maturity - and that their personal life MEANS NOTHING TO YOU.
