My mother always says you're so much prettier when you smile, it's hard to remember to do that, as an adult sometimes, not as happy as when I was younger with no worries.

Not really. It tends to actually embarrass me a bit that people say I smile all the time, or actually refer to me as "You-with-the-beautiful-smile." I think you're right that how you feel, or how you feel about yourself, has much to do with how much you smile. I am sure that I am happier as an adult than I was as a child; as an adult, I smiled just as much even *before* I got braces (at age 36)!

i think that some situations needs this but not all the time cause simply i cant, and if i tried to do it when i am not happy it will appear to every one that its not genuine from heart
