I preheat the oven to 375* AND wrap the biscuits or bread in aluminum foil and heat about 5-7 minutes. It might be a little longer if your oven isn't as hot.

this is what I do with biscuits and rolls. It might work for garlic bread. I take a paper towel and dampen it and wrap the bread in it and microwave it at half power for about 30 sec. You may have to adjust the time to your microwave.

Wet your hands and wipe the bottom of the bread. Wrap in foil and put in a low heated oven.

Well the quickest and easiest way that I know of is to wrap them in a paper towel and put them in the microwave for a few seconds until you get them as warm as you would like.
