This guy i kno has liked me for about 5+ years now and he says that i drag him around by a leash but he cant help but follow and then i told him that i would take him to prom with me and he was like ok but if u change your mind ill be used to it .then he says that i always reel him in and then throw him back out again.he says i do it to alot of guys ....
i dont kno wat the hell he's talkin about how come i dont notice i'm dragging him(and other guys) around by a leash

i think when he said he'd be used to it was cuz he ask me to homecoming once and i said no because i had a boyfriend and maybe he didnt kno(???)

Because you are like me, a natural flirt. You don't realize that you lead people on because you are not doing it intentionally. You are just being yourself. The way that I see it is that the way that I am has worked for me for 24 years. However, the men that have come into my life have come and gone at their request or mine...so don't change your flirtatious ways because someone called you out on it. The only way that you can drag someone by a leash is if they let you. Don't feel bad for dragging someone that obviously wants to be around you. One day, you might find out what it is like to be the dog on the leash but until then you can't apologize for who you are and you shouldn't have to. You also cannot apologize for another person wanting to be near you at any cost.

Don't do anything about it. Just try to consider the way he and other guys around you would feel if you treated the way you plan to. Basically just try to show a little more empathy. The fact is, a lot of guys like to be led around on a leash, so he may not really mind at all. He may just have mentioned it this once.

OK sweetie tha thing is people do alot of things they never notice they do until its pointed out then you still may not realize you do it. You gotta be who you gotta be. If you don't think you have that problem really and its just him then don't sweat it but if you have other guys come back and tell you that then you should start looking into changing it.

Treat others how you would want to be treated, pay attention to what hes saying, if you think its true then you need to try to be less of that, but if you are being yourself, ignore it, you can't change yourself for anyone.
