SAY "WHY CAN'T GUYS DECIDE IF THEY WANT A REALTIONSHIP, OR JUST SEX, BEFORE THEY SLEEP WITH WOMEN?"
ASK HIM "WHAT KIND OF WOMAN DO YOU RESPECT?"
DOOOOONNNNNN'T SLEEP WITH HIM FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. IF HE IS INTO YOU, HE WILL BE PATIENT.
LET HIM KNOW YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT IT, BUT YOU HAVEN'T DECIDED YET, OR YOU DON'T KNOW HIM WELL ENOUGH YET.
GUYS LIKE A CHALLENGE, SO DON'T BE EASY. IF YOU GIVE IN TOO SOON, HE WILL ALWAYS LOSE INTEREST, AND YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING IN COMMON BESIDES SEX. GET TO KNOW OTHER THINGS ABOUT HIM. ENJOY SPENDING TIME WITH HIM.

The biggest tale-tell sign would have to be what he suggests you guys do; I would be worried if he was using you if all he suggests is staying in at his place or yours. This provide the ultimate environment for just making out/screwing all night long. However, if he suggests that you guys go out and get dinner and meet up with his friends and what not, it will show that he wants to spend time with you and want you to hang out with his friends. If all he wants to talk about is seeing you at his place or yours, he might be using you.

if he calls you for no reason .. he wants a relationship.
if he introduces you to his friends .. he wants a relationship.
if he shows up where you work or at school .. he wants a relationship.
if he takes you out in public (dates) .. he wants a relationship.
if he treats you with respect .. he wants a relationship.
if he doesn't call ... doesn't introduce you to his friends .. take you out on dates .. doesn't do anything with you except want to have sex .. he doesn't want a relationship.
