You need to get him fixed and push him down everytime he does it. Sorry, I didn't know he was fixed. I got no other suggestions except maybe watch the Dog Whisperer, he makes stuff look so easy, in a half hour no less. It is not that easy to train any dog, my mutt is 8 and it took a lot of time for me to train him. Patience and persistance, he is young and will need some work but labs are great and love people, it might take awhile but if you both work at it, you might have a great dog soon, Good Luck.
One thing I remember when my dog used to jump on me was to hold him by the neck and firmley push him down till he would lie and his side, continue to hold him and look him in the eye till he looks away, then say good dog and let him up. This is easier to do with pups, if you wait till he is grown it is harder. Pups are used to the moms grabbing them by the neck, just don't try to hold them there very long, just until he looks away, that shows he gives up to you.

Your lab is humping your leg because he's a dog, and that's what they do. Male dogs can smell a female in heat from over a mile away, and it drives them crazy. Get him fixed. If he still does it even after he's fixed, get some obedience classes. Sometimes humping is a way of asserting dominance over the "humpee". example: a dominant female will hump a submissive male.
Some things to help.
Do not feed your dog when you eat. You eat first, then he eats. don't let him sit on the couch or sleep with you. These things establish in his mind that he is your equal, and that is counterproductive. Making sure that he is on the floor, and has to look up to you shows him that you are the Alpha, and you are in control. When you eat first, then feed him, it does the same thing. Above all, NEVER feed him your food scraps. Besides possibly making him sick, this also makes him think that he is your equal.

This is a dominant behavior and has nothing to do with sex. Problem is, he should NEVER be allowed to do this to people. It's okay for him to hump his toys, and blankets, it's sort of like kids play- acting with their own toys, and it's normal. Your pup should be discourage firmly to not do this behavior on anyone in the household as it will give him the confidence to "bully" someone.

At his age, it's likely hormones. The longer he's allowed to do it, the more acceptable it becomes. You need to get him neutered ASAP. Dogs will still hump after neutering...that is out of dominance and habit.
*In response to your message...since he is neutered, you need to show him you're the alpha. Get him to obedience classes.

He is just showing these items who is the boss. You should stand over the dog with your legs on either side of him. This will tell him you are the boss over him.
