Girls want security and a guy that can protect them. You need to make money and be assertive.
This is why the high school girls go for the bad boys because they are immature and go for the "protection" aspect of a guy. When they get older, they get a little more knowledge and see that there is more to life than a guy with a bad attitude who is getting into trouble all the time.
So if you can get a good job with benefits, a nice car, and provide when you get older, women at that time typically learn that this is the best protection and security, not fighting or smarting off to people.

Initially girls are attracted to bad boys because they stir up so much attention. But in the end it's guys like you that women want to marry and stuff. You just gotta bring more attention to yourself. Don't go rob a bank or anything. If you see a girl your interested in, play up your sweet and sincere side. Girls like guys with confidence, not cockyness.
