Spend some time cooking over the weekend - make enough food to last all week. TV dinners are definitely not a healthy way to eat. And, they're much more expensive than regular foods.

Lean cusines by stouffers are pretty good. That's if you are trying to be healthy. If so they are not bad but I would balance it out with a vegetable because TV dinners have a lot of sodium. Also, you can try regular stouffers meals. They are very good and you can get them anywhere.

Morton makes a tasty tv dinner. Also, try cooking some chicken breasts on the barbee on your day off. Then, reheat (could freeze these) and enjoy.

VERY SMART FLA DAWN 13!! All tv dinners are full of salt and preservatives, ex lean quizine, maybe weight watchers, which is too expensive and too little.. It doesn't take that long to fix a meal if you just shop smart..

are you looking for nutrition?
What i suggest if he is a chief you too make a months worth of TV dinners yourself ;
You can cut and prep for him and he can cook you put them in microwaveable containers that are both for freezer and micro and you have dinners for a month with the extra calories and chemicals !
