i have to play football in de sun only in shorts compulsary due to which my upper body has become fu***** tanned plz suggest some good indian lotions and and some advice to prevent tanning

Try using spf 60 spray as they are easy to use, and much more practical than thick creamy lotions. Top-up every hour.

I'm seriously scared by some of the responses you're getting! Just because skin has not burned does not mean it hasn't been damaged! The reason your skin goes brown is because a brown pigment called melanin protects your skin - but only comes into play after your skin has been damaged! This has been related to the cancer melanoma. Also, UVB rays damage your skin everyday by breaking down collagen levels (causing wrinkles) even if you haven't been burned by UVA rays.

I'm glad your being safe and sensible, so slap on that suncream! take care x

a tan is beautiful and as long as you're not getting burned, theres no problem.

There is nothing wrong with getting a tan.

Tanning does not cause cancer, stupidity does...get educated!
