If you select a combat arms (CA) slot, darn good. If you want something like MP, MI, Finance, QM and other combat service & service support less than a 50/50 chance. Selection goes on class ranking, women are resticted from most CA slots thus removing many of the MP, MI, MSC positions.
And typically people beleive that your source of commissioning has a significant effect on your bracnh selected (career field)....West Point, ROTC then OCS...but officially there isn't suppose to be any.
Bottom line, the army needs more officers (and troops) in the infantry, field artilery, air defense artillery and armour then of all the other branches combined.
Good luck
Oh and babu1dm....obviously you have no military experience since he asked about an Army ROTC GRAD; meaning college and a commission therefore no need to speak to an Army DI.
