I was prescribe that sh*t and I took 1 pill and it made me feel not like myself. I was more depressed after taking it then I was before I took it. Of course medications have different affects on people. But what I want to know is why you're asking this question? Do you want to overdose? Because if that's the case, I'm not going to help anyone on this website kill themselves! I'm not going to jail for helping someone kill themselves online.

And the rest of you people answering should watch how you respond to certain questions as well. Don't think you're not being monitored!

Lexapro is a very safe drug. There have been reports of doses of 600mg to 1000mg not leading to death. High doses can make you very sick but probably won't kill you.

Hopefully, this will not be an issue with you. Seek help if you are thinking of this as a way out.
Good Luck.

You should only take 10 mg a day or whats directed by your doctor.

This would probably make you violently ill.
Please call the prescribing doc if you're having suicidal thoughts. This is sometimes a "normal" side effect and can be easily remedied by a medication change.
