Place your confidence in God. Pray for a soulmate and ask God to give you a sign and always pray. God loves you.

Is it a sin? Kind of hard to say since the Bible doesn't speak specifically to astrology (although some would say that astrology is a form of witchcraft or demon worship...) I just wonder why you're looking for someone based on astrology...Shouldn't you be looking for a soulmate based on how well the two of you get along and the things you have in common?

I'm an atheist, so I do not believe this is a sin.
However, even though I am open to the occult, I think it would be silly. I admit that throughout my life, when I've gotten involved with someone, I've found out their sign and looked it up. But that was after the fact, and I would never have made decisions based upon it.
It's fun and interesting, but don't let it rule you. Besides, there are so many things that go into making up a person - the sun sign is just one of them. You also have to consider their rising sign, etc.

The bible strongly speaks against any such behavior.And why would you want to look to astrology when you can look to God who answers all are prayers with are best interest in mind?Read Genesis 24 note the kind of woman God provided for Isaac.I pray that God will bless you with a wonderful wife who loves the Lord as you do ,Amen.

Astrology is from the devil... People just try to make it sound better than it really is... If we were meant to know what happens tomorrow or ten years from now, don't you think God would just tell you?
It's not a good move on your part... Just wait, you will find your perfect girl, it just takes time, patience, and the right moment. But its not all going to happen until you have yourself figured out, until you are ready to share life with another person... :) happy hunting!

astrology dates back to the tower of Babel and that is the reason that it fell, God punished man for worshipping other gods and not him. The whole astrology thing is based on worshipping the gods of the sun and moon and stars. i would say that it is a sin to base your soulmate on a false god.

It's not a sin, but it is pretty stupid. Why don't you get out there and look for a girl who is pretty, intelligent, funny, sweet, caring, etc. rather than relying on some stupid 1000 year old bullshit to tell you who to date.

no its not a sin but what i would do is find sombody that i really like then print up my astrology chart and theirs and compare that way. theres a lot more to it than your zodiac signs?
