What changes to her hair would you recommend?

This person has beautiful, glossy hair which is clearly in great condition - and dying, perming etc would spoil that.

I think a sassier cut would add interest and look more fun. I would advise she gets shorter layers, and feathers around her face. She might also want to get a wispy side fringe, would would lessen the height and width of her forehead. I think her hair could benefit from having a more volume and movement - this would be more flattering on the face. I think she would really suit styles (from top) 2, 3, 6, 11, 13 and 14. I know I've used Jen as an example, but her hairsyles tend to be low-maintenance and flattering for most people.

TRY A LAYER CUT TO FRAME HER CIRCLE FACE.HER HAIR LOOKS LIMP AND NEEDS MORE VOLUME.
HER HAIR COLOR IS NICE FOR HER SKIN TONE I WOULD NOT GO LIGHTER.DARKER HAIR WOULD BE NICE AND SEXY OR TRY HAIR COLOR BOOSTER WITH HIGH LITES.
KEEP THE PART ON THE SIDE AS WELL.

Both pics are great, but i think you will look nicer with lots of permed hair and with a touch of color (deep purple/brown)
