No. It is good to have olive oil or some sort of healthy fats with your meal. Whether it be: raw almonds, raw walnuts, avacado, or peanut butter. This helps your digestion. If you are using any sort of Olive the best one is Extra Virgin Olive oil, be sure to not cook with it (Meaning heating it up too much), otherwise it does the reverse effect.
