I hate this question with a passion. I've been asked this by 2 different men. For me, it's a dating question nightmare.

I would say what do you mean? An offer is to present in order to fulfill a requirement, and or need you have. Do you have certain needs and requirements you are asking me to fulfill.?? I can then tell you if I can meet your needs or requirements. In return, let me ask you in return Mr....... what is it that you have to offer?? I hope it is as good as the rest of the offers on the table,....
