My husband really likes Chicken Makhani aka Murgh Makhani. Just type the name in a search and you'll come up with a bunch of recipes. Paella, Sushi, and Dim Sum are also some of my hubby's favorites.

My husband loves my crab bisque. OK, maybe it's a chowder. And the whole key is making your own crab stock from the shells from the night before. ALWAYS take them home from the restaurant. Same with shrimp shells.
