i know i cant spell. that being said, i am sick of being fat. i am 5 foot 6 and 178. i am just days away from takeing up my old habbit that took3 months in the hospital to help me get over. i dont want to starve my self but i am haveing a hard time findeing workout ruetiens that i can do. i have nuthing wrong with me, but i want to see the extra lbs go away and fast.i am getting merried in 5 months so i need to lose weight fast. please help.

Hmm- Well, you could try Google. You might have better success with Weight Watchers or something similar though. Meanwhile, remember to eat what's good for you.

Check out Prevention.com for workout ideas. If you are trying to lose weight you should not starve yourself. Your body might lose weight but maybe way to rapidly which means you would gain it all back, have flabby skin and have issues. You can alter your diet by not eating any fast foods, drink water in place of everything else (no soda) and drink plenty of water. Eat whole grain foods (no enriched wheat), fruits, veggies. Do a cardio work out... what kind, doesn't matter, get your heart rate up and do it at least 4 times a week for 45 minutes. Best of luck!

i always like to dance , i don't do it much anymore, but i was
trying to lose wait one time , i lost weight just dancing and doing different exercises in one place but do stretches first, i lost 15 Pd's in a week, go crazy like Richard Simmons , you just don,t watch him he just made me want to puke.
