my 5P Scanjet has Serial No SG7851101/6 and using 50 pin SCSI Card No sym20403(c) 1996.

The link you need is below, it is the page for the driver and software for this scanner. This page is for the PC/ISA, there is also an NEC/ISA; the PC should work but if it doesn't the second link is for the NEC/ISA. Good Luck
