Jesus was not Muslim, He was Jewish. The Muslim religion was not started until about 600 years after the time of Jesus.

Jesus did not call him followers Christians. That name, according to Acts 11:26, was not given to his followers until about 20 years later in the city of Antioch. It meant "little Christ" and was used to mock the followers like we would say today "He thinks he just a 'little Jesus'".

But the followers, knowing that they were called to live like they were "little Christ" in the world, turned the name around into a title of honor that is still used today. The word Christian is used only three times in the Bible. Originally they were just called "the followers of Christ".

He was from the tribes of Israel and at the time the islamic religion did not exist therefore he wasn't muslim but he followed GOD's commands because he was a prophet. He's NOT a jew by today's definition nor was he a christian because that's what the "jews" and Romans called the people who followed him AFTER HIS "death". So the entire definition of christianity and Jesus is entirely wrong. it was a nice little catastrophy created by Rome and the Tribes of Israel. so lovely. so wrong and SO not what Pr. Isa AS aka Jesus taught. nothing to do with him at all.

No. Jesus considered himself a Jew and was the inspiration for Christianity. Islam was founded by Mohammad in the 13th Century AD (meaning Jesus was already dead).

Islam did not exist until after Jesus died.

So, no.

No, Jesus did not call himself and his followers Christian. The Christian religion was founded by Peter, per Christ's instruction to set up a church.

Jesus did not need to be saved, and therefore was not a Christian.

Jesus was not a Muslim or Christian, he was Jew, here’s why.

Islam didn’t existed at the time of Jesus so him being Muslim is out of question.

Also Christianity didn’t existed at the time of Jesus, as a matter of fact, Jesus became Christ after crucified, because Christ means one who got crucified. Christians are the followers of Christ.

***Was Jesus Muslim? ***

Yes, according to Allah he was.

****Did Jesus called himself or his followers Christian? ***

No, Jesus knew nothing about Christians
at all. Only three times are christian or Christians mentioned in the Bible. Christianity is not found in the Bible at all. I wonder why not.
It must be a miracle.

Jesus Christ was a born Jew and died as a Jew.
And the people who killed him were Romans who founded Roman Catholism. So I don't understand why Hitler and company could develop such strong hatred against Jews, as Jesus himself was a Jew.
The world is not straight.

Since Jesus was the long awaited Jewish Messiah. And Muhammad wouldn't found Islam for another 750 years. I feel it's pretty safe to say "no".
