They wont let me donate blood. because I'm anemic.

Ask your Doctor. All the answers, so far, are very good ones. But Not knowing just how anemic you are could cause an overdose OR your not getting enough iron. I donate blood on a regular basis. I was diagnosed as anemic many years ago. I take a Super B vitamin, 400 i.u. of E and Multivitamin with Iron. I have never been turned away for blood donation...Good luck to you.

Take Iron Supplements
Make sure to take B12 and Folic acid so that you can absorb the iron.
Eat more red meat.

Take some extra iron, but be careful eat something with it, it can upset your stomach

eat more green leafy vegatables, and try an iron supplement. be careful and follow directions, too much iron can be toxic.

Take iron supplements...don't take too much though because then you can become constipated.

eat liver, broccoli, cabbage, and other high in iron foods.
