Yes it does appear bigger, and you are more likley to have repeat customers, because everyone likes things neat and tidy!

No. If you began picking up a calf when it weighs 30 lbs every day of it's life it will not live long because you cannot pick up a 2000 lb cow:):). if you watch something (body part) it will not grow faster, bigger or longer:).
But the good news is if you play with it it will not rot off either as your mom taught you.
If you run around the house house 3 times and bury a dishrag under the back door steps this will not cure warts either. Great grandmother was often wrong also even thought she was 99% right.
Shaving it will only make it itch, and you ***** about the itch.
You May try looking in the mirror and asking;
Mirror mirror on the Wall who's the biggest of them all.
oh hell it didn't work for the witch either .

Maybe, but I know for sure it stops any unwanted hairs getting trapped in your teeth which in turn stops you having to pull them out at the crucial moment of no return!!
