Nothing different then I do everyday which is live my life to the fullest like it might be my last.
Life is a bowl of cherries eat as many as you can before you succumb to the 6 foot deep pit!!
or if you prefer cremation, before you make an ash out of yourself!!
My last request is to be cremated and put into a disposable douche and run through one last time.

having had to face this question three years ago when I was diagnosed with cancer, my answer was this.
Cherish the time with my family,
Tell my children every day how much I loved them and appreciated them and how special they are.
Saw the value in letting the dishes stay in the sink until the next morning to spend an evening playing games with my kids.
Took pictures of everyday moments so if I did die my kids would still have memories of the last good times.
Remembered why I fell in love with my husband and fell in love with him all over again.
These are a few of the things I did.

Since I already know there is an excellent chance I could die on my way home tonight because of some whack job talking on a cellphone instead of paying attention to traffic, nothing much different than normal.

Well......tough question.
I would live my life to the fullest doing the things I like to do best and not have a care in the world. And I would have lots of sex and drink alot. And spend lots of time wiht your friends and family and just have all the fun possible

I would get all my business in order, give my family instructions on end of life questions (so they wouldn't have to guess or feel quilty), pay for all my final expenses, if I can, tell my family I love them and not to worry about me. I will miss them but I will be safe with Jesus and will be waiting for them when God decides to bring them home.

contact the US government. Tell them I want to be sent on a sucide mission to wipe out Bin Laden and the $25 million can goto my family.

I would go out and have some fun doing stuff normally i'd think about....then i would apologize to everyone i hurt....then i would spend the rest of it with my friends and brother.
