A simple little saying keeps it all in place Fall back(one hour(Spring forward (one hour) It is an artificial change which Europe does not practise and is part of a plan to help farmers and keep schoolchildren safe. Time does not alter of course.As I say it is artificial.

I think that's the correct day. I remember the time changes with this saying: in the fall, fall back one hour; in the spring, spring forward one hour.

Yes, it does.

On the last Sunday in October, which is indeed the 29th this year, the whole of Europe goes back to winter time. In the UK it means turning the clocks back one hour to GMT/UTC.

Don't know the date, but the clock goes back in Autumn, Spring forward, Fall back.

The simple way to remember is that time

SPRINGS FORWARD 1Hour in Spring (march 26th)
and
FALLS BACK 1 Hour in the Fall (october 29th)
(autumn if you live in the UK)

Not quite right, the clocks go back 1 hour, which means that time 'goes forward' i.e. it's an hour earlier than it was.

Yes, it does. You'll go the bed on one time - and wake up with it being an hour earlier than your body expects!
