Depends what you're eating. You will lose weight by burning more calories than you consume. However, if you eat too little, your body will go into starvation mode and start eating away at your muscles.

Yes, however, it's very hard to get your daily nutrition from just 2 small meals a day and losing weight fast will defeat the purpose if you don't feel well from lack of proper nutrition. I'd suggest trying weight loss through a nutritional supplement. Personally, I use Cambridge and lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks plus it was very healthy. It cheaper than Slimfast too.

A diabetic need to eat 5 times a day .
Small heakty meals and count carbs .

you will of course lose weight but it may b harder than u think you are torturing your body and causing it to go into "starvation mode" so it will hold on to your fat cells so it is much better to eat 4-5 small meals a day then just 2, that is not nearly enough calories for your body to kick into "fat burning mode'

You will lose some wt. but other than that not thing, I Only eat 2 meals a day breakfast & dinner, I don't do lunchI am not hungry at lunch so why eat.

your metabolism will slow to a crawl and you'll be hungry all day. you won't lose any weight if you're inactive all day.
