i do have a gym membership, and i wanna lose 30-40 pounds.any food i should eat more off !!! any info is helpful , thanx in advance guys.

I have found one of the absolute BEST WAYS to lose weight and actually keep it off is to drink "Green Tea". It is awesome because it naturally kicks up your metabolism. It also cleans out your system of toxins...not to mention it is a great source of water. I also eat pretty healthy, try to stay away from fried foods, too much sugars, and carbs. I am 5'5, 118lbs and I'm telling you if you drink this stuff and do maybe 3 sessions a week at the gym, you will lose your extra weight!=0)Good luck.

Try a daily exercise routine. For example every morning do atleast 20 push ups and just increase the repititions gradually. Not only will you loose some weight but you will fill more flexible and not easily tire. Protein rich foods, fruits and vegetables are good too. Go on a liquid diet. Drink orange juice or a v-8 in the morning, then in the afternoon have some chicken broth and eat lots of low calorie jello. Start a walking at least three miles a day and remember don't over due it listen to your body. You can always build from one mile to three mile with time, but make 3 miles your goal. Good luck and hang in there you can do it.

The Cambridge Diet, specifically the Maintenance Plan since you're working out at a gym and are not sedentary. See tab for "The Diet" below if you're interested in this route for weight loss. I lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks on it and it was very healthy. I made sure my doctor was okay with it before I began.
