There appears to be an active duty station in Moron Air Base, Morón de la Frontera, Andalusia, Spain. Website http://www.moron.af.mil/. There was also a base at Torrejon Air Force Base, Madrid, Spain - TOJ (but this appears to have been turned over to Spanish Government in about 1993). Hope this helps.

Sorry, there are no more active Air Force bases in Spain. There was one in central spain -- Torrejon Air Base -- but it closed in the early '90s. There is still a U.S. Navy station in Rota, but that's the only U.S. military installation in Spain that I know of...Closest thing you could get would be Lajes Field in the Azores Islands.

The official Air Force website includes a feature that shows the location of all currently active bases around the world.Log on and you can see for yourself. I don't believe there was one in Spain.

I'm not sure about USAF bases, but there is at least one USN base in Spain. Sorry, I don't have links to offer, but you can type either in any search engine & come up with the official sites that could probably give you more info.
