To the Third world needing his help the health worker is. But even than it is according to where the penniless health worker is located. Theyt can just as quick kill the poor guy for no reason other than religious rhetic or political, or just plain meaness. It happens.
To Most Americans the very neccessity of needing rich people can mean the rich celebrity. You cannot argue that "Jerry Lewis " is of any less value in the service he gives freely than the poor penniless health worker.Usually the poor health worker will do her/his tour and return home to become another rich Doctor or rich celebrity him/her self.
