Ok here is the problem. She works as a secertary for a law firm. I work security for a bank. We both work in the same place but the bank rents out space to her employers law firm. The problem i am having is a lack of confidence. I am not so afraid of a no or yes as i am afraid of gossip and harrasment... She seems way to nice to do such a thing. I swear i do not even have to look at her body just look into her eyes and thats enouph to get me hard. I am not trying to be perverted but what i am asking you the people that answer is how should i aproach this? You dont just ask someone out right away what if she already has a man? I thought of some senerios and if you have some thats good to please be detailed with your comments. My thought is that i should flirt a little bit see if she bites on that. Then I thought well flirt and ask questions. I am not going to lie in my eyes i would rate her as a 10 for cuteness 9 for sexyness me on the other hand i am not fat but not small

next time you see her just say,"hey, how are you today?" and see if you can get a conversation started. maybe a little flirting but not too much. just see if she is interested. if she blows you off then she probably has someone else.

Try flirting and polite conversation to see how she reacts to you. Once you have you established some form of communication then you can ask questions to see if she is seeing anyone. But before you talk to her try to build up your confidence. Don't be cocky, but if you are too shy she may not pick up on your flirtatious hints. you never know unless you ask, don't put yourself down like that, not all women go after outer beauty they want what's inside. go for it, what do you have to lose, she is human just like you and you shouldn't be scared to express your thoughts to her. don't come on too strong though, just be yourself. no women like a man that fronts right away. true colors that is how you get a woman.
