When you first start dating someone you have all all thes endorphins going on that make you fell lust and love. After some time passes those endorphins are not produced in your body any more. What you need to do is see what it is that first attracted you. Unless you know for sure this relationship is dead look for what you first felt. All relationships go through this stage.

You love him but you're not madly in love with him anymore. You know he's not going anywhere and thats no fun. It common for relationships to get stale. If hes not going to marry you, find out what his intentions are and that will tell you if you two are meant to be together.

You must have grown apart!! It's ok!! Why ask why just move on. Thank goodness you didn't make a mistake and marry him or have children. You don't have kids? Right? Is there someone else you are thinking of?

Happened to me and my ex. My advice - break up. It told myself my feelings would change for a year afterward. Waste of a year of my life. You cant help what your heart feels.
