That would be the tricep. Lift weights out to the side with straight arms. Or do yoga.

Chin-ups are you best over all exercise (once you have gotten to that level. Picking up your own weight is not as easy as many think.
For easy light exercise that you can develope slowly, and owrk on at home, or work used the small hand barbells found at walmarts and such places.
They are inexpensive, and you can start small and work up top what ever level you desire. YOu can get them small enough to keep in your desk, car, and home in out of the way storage.

Do preacher curls with your elbows 8" apart. 4 sets of 6-8 reps .Then a 5th set to failure.
