If you live in Spain ask the military recruiters there. They will tell you if they would accept you or not, then ask the US embassy if there are govt policies against joining foreign military and if so what are the consequences.

Open up your passport, page 4 and read it through to page 5. For the rest of us who don't have one handy. Item 8 - Loss of US Citizenship. Under certain circumstances, you may loose your US citizenship by performing... 3) serving in the armed forces of a foreign state.
Uncle Sam needs you, why join another military? There are US bases in Spain, so you can stay there.

You need to ask the Spanish Military if they will let you join. I do know that 'serving in the armed forces of a foreign state' is grounds for losing your US citizenship.
