Why do all european countries hate the English football fans??? but love the Scottish ones.

Unfortunately my dear,you english have the reputation of having shaved heads,no necks,big beer bellies,bulldog tatoos and want to cause havoc(and thats just the ladies).While we scots are just so handsome and debonair with the charm that most normal people love.

There was a fantastic image a few years back of a Scottish supporter from the tartan army pleading with a Swedish policewoman for a kiss and he eventually got one to a huge roar from his friends all around...she went bright red and everyone had a laugh. we know our team ain't going to win much (but more trophies than england this summer) so we enjoy our travels.
As for another comment about only the french (ie Frogs) Portuguese and Turks hating the English...well what about the Germans...oh and the Argentinians, the Irish, the Italians as infinitum.....The english still seem to think they have some god given right to be good at the game when they only one it once with home advantage and dodgy officials. That contempt for other nations spills through to the supporters who have caused disturbances at each of the major events they have been at through the 90s and 00s.
Perhaps other nations just don't like watching their own people and property being attacked for no other reason than the english footballers not being good enough.

A lot of it goes back to the Colonial days when England pretty much ruled the world and were completely ruthless about doing so. Since then a lot of the nations youth have been conditioned to hate the English down the years.
Unfortunately during the 70's and 80's a small section of the English fans reinforced a stereotype in a lot of nations eyes by rioting at matches and being banned from Europe.
The fans have come a long way since then and I think in years to come the other nations will realise this too.

most english fans are looking to fight when they are abroad so the european countries have no time or respect for the english but us scots have a great rapport with others clubs..we laugh, sing join together before a game and have a right good old time so there

A goodly proportion of England fans are oafs, not a small minority.
When the team exited the World Cup every other country was pleased.
Their team seems to attract the dregs of English society and although English people are good per se, the football-following ones are predominantly scum.
Now who would like that visiting them?

English football fans are thugs and hooligans. They build their team up so much that wen they lose they riot in the streets and blame every one Else because they suck.

English fans cause a lot of riots and think they are the greatest team about when they ha ven't won a thing in ages and simply aren't good enough! scottish fans know how to go to a game and have a good time.

Because English fans usually wreck the place, the scots drink beer and sing songs, the last time England played Ireland in Dublin it was supposed to be a friendly, not a chance with the English supporters, they absolutely destroyed Landsdowne Rd and the match had to be abandoned
