There are some early signs of pregnancy at the end of the first month, some claim they can tell immediately, but the fertilized egg has to implant in the uterus I believe, which is 3 weeks after conception. So you might start to feel tender breasts, maybe a little nausea, extreme tiredness, frequent urination. However, everyone is different and some don't experience any symptoms at all. If your menstrual cycles are VERY regular every month and you miss that first period you will probably know that something isn't quite right at that point. I would say that urine tests and blood tests aren't very accurate at that early on in pregnancy because hormone levels aren't high enough to detect the pregnancy.

i always could. my first clue is all ways a copper taste in my mouth. then comes the stabbing pain in my boobs. the pregnancy tests that the Doctor uses are the same ones that you find in places like dollar general. there is a hormone that doubles for every day you are pregnant. it starts out at 15 then goes to30,60,120...... i am sure that you get it. you can tell take a test. its that easy.you don't have to spend a fortune. i have had 11 pregnancies and i have never bought an expensive test yet. plus if you bye cheep you can bye more. EPT is about 17 $ for a two pack. you can buy 7 cheep ones for that price. they all cant be wrong. are you late yet. that doesn't relay matter anymore any way. hope that helps.

Not by looking at yourself... Your baby is probably still microscopic, most people don't find out until almost the second month. Some women do get a "hunch" that something different is going on, or at least I did.

I never have symptoms of pregnancy, except for the missed period. The only thing besides missing the period was I got a huge stomache and a little heartburn at the end.

My wife woke me up in the middle of the night that we had made love to tell me we had conceived a child. She did this three times since we've been married and she was right all three times. Amazing.

You can tell. Probably not in a home pregancy test, but a blood test would detect it.
