Where to begin?

Yahoo doesn't make a browser. You can't be using Yahoo as your browser. Possibly you are using Internet Explorer as yer browser and it has the Yahoo branding. That doesn't mean it's Yahoo's browser.

Microsoft would never tell you you need a new Yahoo anything. These are competitors. Think of Ford telling you you need a new Chrysler car. It don't work that way.

Go to http://update.microsoft.com to see what updates you need to install. If that don't work, you need to uninstall the browser and reinstall it.

Go to http://verizon.software.yahoo.com/ and follow the steps to download the latest version of the browser. It's a straight forward, simply installation.

I would also highly recommend using Windows Update to make sure you have all the latest Windows updates. It is very important to do.

See if you can *update* your yahoo browser sometimes this fixes problems without dumping everything. You could use a different browser!!!

Use Mozilla Firefox instead. I believe it can be downloaded @ download.com or firefox.org.
