There are many charaties that provide such service. Call your local Social Services/Welfare Department, they may be able to direct to an organization or individual.

You need to contact the Red Cross and ask at the hospitals here if they know of any programs that can help. Children and Youth, while you may not be eager to have them involved, sometimes they can also provide asisstance. Someone else who might have some info on any helpfull programs is the WIC center. There are programs available to help.
The hospital in Philly, call there and ask if there is a local Ronald McDonald house.
There are different venues, but you have to get on these people to gather any information and get some help. Don't stop looking, and don't let anyone just put you off.
Good luck!
