It has to do with the sweat glands. There is a procedure that you could take to have this rectified, but unless you are sweating buckets I would not worry about it too much. Speak to your Dr. otherwise

It can actually be a sign of being healthier than others. Typically those in "good shape" will sweat more than those who are not during physical activity because their body is better prepared to handle the temperature increase. Remember sweating is your body trying to cool itself due to increased activity. If you're sweating profusely while at a resting rate in an A/C'ed building, then I would consult a doctor as it may be health related. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it.

If nothing else checks out, you may want to get tested for high insulin. It can cause other chemical imbalances that may result in heightened temperature. My husband is experiencing increased sweating now, and we know he has high insulin.

www.hufa.org has some info on low blood sugar - another condition caused by high insulin (hyperinsulinemia).

For pit stains, get a deodorant called, "Certain Dry." You can purchase it over the counter. Apply at night and only at night. It stings otherwise.

Unfortunately it is just your chemical makeup. I didn't used to be like that and then I turned that way myself after the birth of my first child.
