YES BECAUSE , i think if you asked todays modern day teenager you may well find no means yes , seeing as sick means good and bum means best , and i was stood in the post office the other day and the smackhead waiting for his benefit surely agreed with your questionbecause he wouldnt tke no money to mean no money , and when mister blair says NO to more crime , asylum, poor education etc... he certainly means a very big YES YES YES

Sometimes, but you have to be very discerning, or brave, or know the person well to act on it. If you're a man and it's a "no" to sex or you touching her, I think it's always wise to take it at face value. Better miss out than risk offence or hurting someone you care about. And if you don't care about her, don't do it either. That way trouble lies.
