My car got rear-ended. The tow company driver just placed the bumber and other parts inside my car and stained the seat and placed a tear on the seats. I figured that the tow company should pay for it.

I called yesterday and spoke to the owner of the tow company and he denied causing the stain and tear on the seat. I said, if your crew hadn't placed the bumper inside the car, this wouldn't have happened. So he's going to take a look at it today.

If they caused the damage, they should pay for it - regardless of what they say or have on some piece of paper ('it's not our fault no matter what happens' - that sort of thing).
