Easy... "Mom and Dad, I'm really stupid and have a hard time differentiating between reality and mythology. I not only think I'm a God myself, vs the weenie everyone else thinks I am, but I don't believe you have ever done enough for me to consider you my parents". Just make sure you know how to swim first, lol!
