This is a horribly worded question. If you're asking if Spyware should come up when you boot up, that's a no. You should get some spyware software and scan for that to remove it. If you're asking about spyware software coming up when you boot up, most of that stuff is set up to start on boot up.

Yes malware usually starts up automatically when you boot up your computer. It does this by adding itself to sections of the Windows Registry that programs are loaded from when a computer starts. You can find information on how to examine your Windows startups here:
