Thighes are the tastiest part of the chicken.
If you cook a chicken on a spit the breast turns out to be the nicest.

I like the breasts only if they have marinated. Otherwise they are too dry. I pass on the legs, but enjoy the thighs.

Leg AND thigh. Also, there is a cavity in the back section that holds a finger tip sized piece that is probably the best tasting part of the bird.
