Actually.... we continue to go after AlQ and the ones responsible for 9/11. We also continue to do the job in Iraq that is necessary after we finally overthrew Saddam via the continuation of the gulf war. You see, once again you must be told that the justification for the continuation of the Gulf War was the continual violation of the cease-fire agreement. Those violations were done by Saddam and his regeime. Those violations gave the validation to finish the job that should have been finished in the first place.
But once again, you will ignore the facts and continue to spew your rhetoric, and outright lies.

That's right Johnny, there were no Iraqi people aboard the planes this war is entirely about oil, that's why we're paying less than a dollar for gas, right? More troops killed in a war? No sh*t sherlock, that happens in a war. So tell me did you do anything more than cry and complain to your mommy for the six years you served in the military. Couldn't make it past E-3 and still bitter about it?

The government declassified information this week that showed absolutely no connection between Hussein and Bin Laden. They went on further to state that Hussein hated Bin Laden. The hijackings were performed by Al Queda members of which some may have been of Iraqi heritage, but they were representing Al Queda not Iraq. Why the majority of our troops are in Iraq is a question for our president (no I did not mean to capitalize the P). He seems to have a lot of pat answers but none of substance.
I will state that I do believe that Hussein needed to be removed for gross crimes against his own peoples. But I stand on my statement that our troops should be focused on Bin Laden.

Yes, none of the 19 hijackers was Iraqi, 15 were Saudi. Jim W level 1, aka as Shirazz, says about the planner was an Iraqi -- this is just another Republican invention..
Bush transferred 14 high value prisoners that we had held for several years from black hole prisons to Guantanoma last Monday. These are the most culpable terrorist we have. None were captured in Iraq.
Why are we in Iraq? Bush now says it part of the larger global war on terrorism.

You need to start doing some research on terrorists groups and cells. Learn how they communicate and even negotiate with other groups. 1st you may want to look at the 9-11 commission report its a good beginners aid to finding out how all of this stuff works and why it got this way. stay away from conspiracy theorists on the net - they are coming up with really wacky stuff.

Your point escapes me. Granted, there were no Iraqis among the highjackers. Granted, the insurgents are putting up a significant fight. So?

Wow, you don't read much do you? It must be easy to coast through life catching glimpses of anti-war rhetoric and post them as your own original ideas...without any depth or real knowledge. Who knows, maybe some day you will even get your "but" into a library, do some reading and learn to spell while you fortify your fact base.
