I get stressed ALL the time ... When I get tensed up I can't seem to relax and I do lots of things, read a book, play with my kitten, take a bath, etc. etc etc. Nothing seems to help me. I try to stay positive, I know that if I try to make myself relax, it'll get worse. Any tips you guys can give me?Try to give me ones that I can do anytime of the day, if you can!

Go for a walk; hit a punching bag; have sex with someone; Masturbate; or play a sport. Any of these will help, but all of them involve physical activity. The more active you are with your leisure time the less stress you will feel.

Exercise works very well, go for a walk or turn on the misic and dance. Gardening is good too, I think it is important to exercise / occupy your mind / brain and this takes away the focus on what ever is stressing you.

When I'm stressed I laugh at myself. If i feel worse because I'm laughing at myself, I laugh at that. The more pathetic you are, the more there is to laugh at. This only works if you are humble.

exercise... even getting out and taking a brisk walk helps... if you're stuck at a desk try lifting yourself using your arms on the chair arms a few times....

scream at the top of your lungs - not alone? use a pillow over ur mouth - i find it works quite well for me.

try yoga or pamper yourself in a spa....body massage...indulge in sports...take anti stress formula....
