I'm not an expert in this,
but I think, as someone already answered, this is true if you're on the "high" side of bipolar disorder.

I agree with the first answer that it is not very likely for most people, however schizophrenia can often be accompanied by manic symptoms. If a person is in a manic state and still has the social skills to find partners, it can happen.

Not necessarily, and probably unlikely. Many people with schizophrenia often withdraw from other people rather than engaging with them more.
