I've had schizophrenia since age 14.

Unfortunately you are right!
But the good thing is that you KNOW the illness, much better than thousands who still deny they are ill and refuse to take medication.
Please always go to your doctor and keep taking medication so you live normally.

There are people you love you, even when you don't see them.

A lot of people feel that schizophrenia is worse than a terminal illness. This is why suicide rates amongst those suffering from schizophrenia are so high. When someone is experiencing psychotic symptoms, it can feel like torture. Hopefully he/she is on medication that helps to reduce or eliminate symptoms.

I think you are right. I do not believe that you are off your meds now, but please make a conscious effort to stay on them.
