How come people never freaking take their trash out of the movie theater? Is it really so hard to pick up your $#it once you get up? Jeez, specially those people who takes their kids with them.

glad to see someone else hates that too. I get teased by friends for always needing to stop by the trash can and empty my pockets/purse of clutter trash. But on the other side every one wants me to drive cause my care is so clean(it's the oldest) compared to their new cars. Magic dose not clean the world, someone has to do it. and you can pitch in or pile on, but there is no other options. if you mess it up, clean it up. just that simple.

This is an easy question, because they can be lazy. There are some of us who have to work and those that don't have to and inactivity make us lazy. I saw a man who must have been 65 or 70 years old doing construction work that made me cringe. He was out in the hot Arizona sun, the temp. was about 113 deg. and he was waist deep in a hole digging, skin dark and wrinkled, he was not being lazy. Then I see a healthy young man and he approaches me and asks me for money so he could catch the bus. Our society has bred laziness, if we give people what they want, then why work for it. So those same people who sit around on welfare and breed constantly are some of the same ones who go to the movies and leave trash all over. We need to stop giving and allow people to start fending for themselves and then the laziness will eventually begin to cease.

Parents who have small children don't care how the theater gets cleaned. After over-paying $8-9 for their tickets, $6-7 for kids tickets, $4 for popcorn, $3.50 for each drink, $3 for candy, it is hard for them to "pitch-in" at the theater.

When customers feel that they have received a fair deal, they always seem more cooperative to comply with requests and suggestions from the management. I know that I am!

Don't go to the movies anymore. For exactly the reason you just stated. People are real pigs anymore. And rude.

We'll blame it on technology...and the fact that we know other people will pick up after us!! Laziness sucks!!

They know/think it's the job of the theater workers to do it.

Many of them have been taught to be. It happens everywhere, in every line of work.
