I know this question has been ask before, but I was wondering more opinions from different users. I was using the Pre-Rinse Whitening Listerine mouthwash kind but I had to stop using it since my tounge is pierced, the alcohol in it was making the hole sore. So, I recently bought the alcohol free mouthwash that Crest makes. Can you name good toothpaste brands or whitening strips that show actual result?? Also, if you have any before or after pictures, that would be awesome.

Thank you all in advance.

Depending on your age, the Crest Whitening Strips work just fine, for older individuals with more years of stain, the best solution is to go to your dentist and have molded trays made of your teeth and the solution sits in the trays for 1/2 hour-1 hour a day for a couple of weeks. There are over the counter trays also, kinda of like the boil n bite ones, but for the best results a custom mold is the way to go. Hope this helps!

Crest is the best, and a sure fire way to whiten your teeth is a little crest with a little baking powder twice a day!it works and if you ad a little bit of peroxide your teeth will sparkle, but peroxide can cause digestive disturbances so i wouldn't recommend the peroxide if your not able to use it without swallowing any of it,but it works, you could also try crest whitening strips.Ive been an advid crest user for years, nothing works better,15 years to be exact.Ive never ever had a toothache-nock-on-wood.PS.a friend

I actually went to the dentist and got the whitening mouthguard and injecting gels but I've heard the Crest whitening Strips work just as good.I checked out the box and it looks like the exact same thing the dentist gave me.Or you can do the laser whitening but that's about $500.I would do the strips because its cheaper and you can do it whenever you want unlike the laser its a one time thing and if you like sodas, tea and anything that has caff.. that's just money thrown down the drain.you can keep the gels in the fridge and they can last you quite a while

I use a whitening kit sold on eBay and I love it. It works great. I do know that they recommend that you don't use it if you have recently had dental work or have cavities, so I'm wondering if you can use it with the pierced tongue. I'm going to give you the link to the eBay store and you can always click on the kit and then click on Ask Seller A Question and see what they say about that.
