Since the taste of wine tends to be better with a good "airing out" after the cork is pulled it would seem that it's perfectly fine to drink a glass that has been sitting out for 10-20 hours. I have done that a few times before and it still tasted great and I didn't get sick or anything like that.

Yes it is fine, I would suggest washing it down with ....a second glass. This will help you compare the before and after tastes to see how you prefer it. The buzz should be very nice too.

It depends on the type of wine. Red wine is meant to be served at room temperature, white wine or champagne should be chilled before serving.

Yes but I wouldn't unless you maybe water it down just a little since leaving it over night the alchohal would have time to seperate and settle down to the bottom of the glass.
even if you refrigrate it. the same might happen?

I would think so, as long as the top is covered (no dust getting in). It sits in a cellar for years, what's a day on the counter.

Why not, some wines have sat out long before we have ever indulged their sweetness & charms. Sweet Dreams & Best Wish s.

Yeah, I do. But if it's white wine, you might want to chill it first.
