Funny how some of these negative answers are filled with hate.
Did y'all forget to love thy neighbour?
Several churches such as United (in Canada) and Unitarian as well as some other non-Christian faiths (Wiccan et al.) accept homosexuals.
There is also a big issue up here in Canada with the Anglican Church as it is currently divided on the issue.

Some Presbyterian churches (especially on the west coast and in the north), some Methodist churches, Episcopalians, Unitarian Unviersalists (not all though) and some United Church of Christ congregations.
The extreme position against homosexuality is difficult to understand on a strict Biblical basis. Without going into too much detail, most of the passages in Leviticus that surround the passages about homosexuality are ignored. Consistency is a problem there. In the N.T., no one is sure what the words mean that are commonly translated as homosexual. They could simply mean an effeminate man (which would include crying in public, doing house work, congregating with women for discussion, etc.) or could mean 'pedophile,' 'male prostitute,' or 'male rape of another male.' There is no clear prohibition against consensual homosexual relationships.
What about the other sins? Again, it seems a matter of consistency to me. Many churches stand firm against homosexuality, yet are silent on the question of materialism and possessions which has a much bigger emphasis in the Biblical corpus. A church will condemn homosexual persons while at the same time raise money for a new, state of the art church building. Didn't Jesus say that we should give all our possessions to the poor? That would include the institution of the church as well.

Several Protestant denominations accept homosexuality, including the Unitarian-Universalist Church and the Episcopal Church (in the U.S.). Several units of the Society of Friends accept homosexuality also.
Check the link below for a full guide. And keep in mind that there's often a difference between accepting homosexuals in the congregation and homosexuality as a practice.
In some churches, there's much debate over the subject.

To God homosexuality is no different from Fornication it is all a sin you Cannot be bashing the person but only the ways and the life style.

Many churches of Christendom accept and condone all sorts of immorality and they allow members who practice sin to remain in good standing in the church. They condone adultry, fornication, idolatry, & homosexuality, abuse of tobacco and alcohol, among other sinful acts. The Bible says this at 1 Corinthians 5:11-13--"But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolator, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat. For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within? But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person."
By disfellowshipping the unrepentant sinner, the congregation is kept clean.

Metropolitan Community Church was founded specifically as a church accepting of homosexuality. Most mainline denominations are pretty accepting:
Unitarian, Episcopal, United Church of Christ, Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), some American Baptist and Presbyterian (PCUSA) and Evangelical Lutheran. Obviously on the East and West coasts and in major cities you will find congregations that are much more liberal.

Any church that doesn't believe in the teachings of Jesus, in the Holy Bible may be open to homosexuality. Otherwise, it's considered an impurity, just like any sexual sin, and all sins are considered the same. A sin is a sin. Murder, sex, stealing, it's all the same in the eyes of God. Keep in mind though, that that doesn't mean that you can't visit any church. Each person is judged by God and shouldn't be judged by another human being, as we can all sin.

Several denominations state openly that homosexuality is not a sin. Episcopalians and Unitarian Universalist are two that come to mind. That doesn't mean, howevr, that every congregation will agree.

This is my problem with so many "christian" religions. Everyone seems extremely judgmental. Who cares what someone does in their bedroom. It is not for us to judge. Why pretend to be better then others...To many Christians are full of judgment and resentment for others. If your love for God is so strong shouldn't you be full of love not rage. Shouldn't you have compassion and accept others? To me someone that is a true Christian accepts and loves everyone. It is not one persons right to criticize or judge others. Isn't that Gods?
